The Buildingwise Construction team have completed Stage One of their works at the Dudley site by finishing the ground floor concrete slab on Friday 27th September 2013.

The owner Tony Butterfield worked on-site for the day & was impressed with the Buildingwise teamwork & organisation of the concrete trucks & concrete pumps to ensure that the concrete of over 50 cubic metres was positioned & finished without any dramas.

The boys did a great job & the boss is very happy with the way everything turned out. Tony cannot wait to see the timber framework being constructed over the next following weeks.

Tony has chosen one of the Buildingwise project homes called the Garrett. This design suits the area of Dudley Bluff & the surrounding existing homes. Peter called this design the Garrett after his good mate Mick Garrett from the Nambour Crusher football days in the mid 80s. Mick was then a cane farmer from Yandina & was a typical Queenslander, tough as nails & could run quicker than the wind.

Tony is confident this home will withstand any prevailing winds that Dudley Bluff can throw at it.

Stay tuned for more progress updates on this project.
